Hydraulic fracturing is an essential part of the unconventional oil and gas development. David Moody received his B.Sc. Degree in Petroleum Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation in 2009, he joined CMG as a Reservoir Simulation Engineer with a focus on Builder and Results workflows. For several years, he has worked closely with developers on the continuous optimization of the hydraulic fracture feature in CMG’s unconventional workflow and other special projects.
