Key Responsibilities

CEO Communications

  • Develop and implement a CEO communication strategy in alignment with CMG’s organizational strategy, manage the
  • CEO’s internal communication calendar and ensure timely delivery of key messages.
  • Partner with the CEO to create impactful communications that resonate with employees and stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and executive messages that reflect the CEO’s vision and the company’s strategic goals

 

Internal Communications

  • Collaborate with executives and department heads to understand business strategies, connect them to communication objectives and overarching corporate goals, and ensure consistent and effective organizational communication.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Craft compelling messages and content for internal channels, including emails, intranet, and town hall meetings.
  • Ensure aligned and coordinated communications across the CMG group of companies.

 

Change Management

  • Develop strategies to address employee concerns and foster a positive attitude towards change.
  • Lead communication efforts for change management initiatives, ensuring clear and transparent messaging.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change communication plans and adjust as needed.

 

Employee Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement by developing and implementing internal communications programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure two-way communication and engagement through feedback and utilize analytics and data to prepare reports and summarize information to help measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
  • Design and execute engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize events, workshops, and activities that enhance employee morale and collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a corporate communications or change management role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Proven track record in internal communications, executive communications, and change management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, Wordpress, and other communication tools.

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and ability to adapt “voice” to audience, channel and message.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Team-focused with a positive attitude, self-motivated, and very good time management and communication skills.
