Ms. Antony joined the Board in 2022 and is currently serving as a member of the Talent Management, Governance and Nominating Committee. From 2020 to 2023, Ms. Antony also served on the Board of Bonavista Energy Corporation (BNV) which was recently acquired by Tourmaline Oil Corporation for $1.45 billion which was a significant premium for shareholders after BNV’s significant turnaround, refinancing and change of management over that period. Prior thereto she served as a board member of several portfolio companies of the Alberta Teachers’ Retirement Fund ($23 Billion AUM), and from 2017 – 2023 was ATRF’s Vice President & General Counsel. Ms. Antony’s standing Board Committee roles include Audit, Health Safety and Reserves, and Strategy & Finance in addition to several special committees for M&A, CEO recruitment and transitions, and other significant corporate transactions. She currently serves on the Board of Calgary Opera and also holds the office of Past Chair.

Ms. Antony has extensive senior executive experience overseeing or leading M&A, corporate governance, ESG, and strategy, setting executive compensation, establishing international operations, and steering transformational change in several industry sectors (asset management, real estate, technology and energy). For almost a decade, she was a Securities and Mergers & Acquisition Partner at one of Canada’s largest national law firms. Ms. Antony holds an ICD.D and a Certificate of Pension Management from the Rotman School of Management. She has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Calgary, is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada and Women in Capital Markets, and by invitation, the Pension Investment Association of Canada.
